Our renewed vision is focused on long-term flexibility and functionality by providing an adaptable, modernized framework for classrooms and laboratories.

Collision Spaces

The renovation will enclose existing exterior courtyards to form a light-filled, multi-story atrium embraced by the building’s historic brick wings.

The new atrium serves as the heart of Duke Engineering, an active hub of learning and collaboration for year-round student activities unifying Harrington and Levine Science Research Center (LSRC) quads with interior pathways that enable interdisciplinary connections.
